Are there any shipping fees?

Nope! Both the kit and shipping are completely free. We want to remove any barriers so you can get naloxone easily.

Is naloxone tricky to use?

Not at all! Each kit comes with simple instructions, and a pharmacist walks you through it on a short call before it ships. The nasal spray option is especially straightforward.

I don't use opioids. Why would I need a kit?

Opioids like fentanyl are sometimes mixed into other drugs. Having naloxone on hand can help protect you or someone around you in case of an overdose.

How is my privacy protected?

We only ask for what the Ontario Naloxone Program requires, and nothing else. What you give goes to the pharmacist who calls you and stays in the pharmacy's own confidential record under PHIPA. We never sell it, we never share it with anyone outside your care, and there is nothing on the outside of the package that says what is inside.

When should I get a new kit?
